This is a sample implementation of visitor feedback for the difficulty and terrain ratings of a cache. It's not perfect, but what do you expect from a proof-of-concept?
If such a system were implemented as part of the official geocache site, it could have some additional features that are not possible here, including:
Usage of this system is fairly simple. Just add the following bit of HTML to your cache page (using the GC number for your cache, of course):
